Fried rice Malagasy

Ingredients (for 2 people):

3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon fish sauce (Nam Nouc)
Sea salt, pepper mill
1 onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tomato, sliced
Any vegetables you can find in your fridge (zucchini cabbage carrots etc ...)
1 egg
200 gr of Terrine of Foie
500 grams of cooked rice

Preparation of recipes:

Cut the meat into small pieces.
Make an omelette with the egg very thin and cut into thin thongs (like a julienne).
In a saucepan (wok if you have one) brown meat in oil, set aside (on the edge of the wok if you use a wok).
Cut the vegetables into julienne and sauté in the pan. Add the fish sauce and soy sauce and mix. Add the rice and meat, stir and sauté 1 or 2 minutes. Salt and pepper.
