Receipts dried shrimp Penaeus indicus Madagascar

• 300 g of dried shrimp
• 200 g cocombre seeded
• 4 civces
• 1 small clove of garlic
• 1 cm galangal
• 1 fresh chilli
• 1 sheet of lemon
• 8 basil leaves
• 1 chicken stock cube
• Preparation
Soak dried in hot water for 1 h shrimp. Prepare the chicken instant with hot diluted dans75cld'eau cube.
Peel, seed and expand into small chunks cucumber. Roughly chop the chives. Peel and finely chop the garlic and galangal. Remove the seeds and chop the chilli. Chop the lemon leaf kafir.
Drain the shrimp. Bring the chicken broth to a boil with the previously prepared ingredients and shrimp. Simmer 15 minutes. Add the cucumber and cook 5 minutes. Then, pour the fish sauce and add the basil. Adjust the seasoning if necessary and serve immediately.
